Booking and payment

Booking dates are agreed directly with you. Payment terms are provided on your quote or invoice and may include staged payments depending on project size.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, safe access to the property, and timely decisions where required for project progress.

Warranties and workmanship

Where applicable, workmanship and materials are covered in line with the terms stated in your quote, invoice, or written agreement.
